  • Over the last 10 years I have continued to study and develop further. Focuses have included nature connection, forest skills, eco-psychology, embodiment, resilience, mental health and neuroscience to enable me to work with individuals and groups of all ages.

  • Several Hampshire Forest School half day meetings with fellow practioners. Activities have included campfire cooking, wood carving, Willow weaving, mindful activities and general skill sharing.

  • Post 18 academic qualifications History & Geography Degree. 2 (ii) from Anglia Polytechnic University. 1992-1994.
